Get Fighting Fit & Fight PTSD & Depression

Imagine surviving war zone deployments only to be taken out at home.  PTSD & Depression are quietly killing and incapacitating a number of our returned services personnel.


Help fight and raise awareness of mental health issues impacting those that have served our Nation. 


Big Buff is a Metafit (High Intensity Bodyweight)  workout dedicated to 'Buff', a Royal Marine Commando who lost his battle with PTSD and depression. 


Bring your kids, water bottle and mats.
